Returns Policy
We always want our fellow Ding fans to be happy and we strive to provide the best quality service at all times.
However, we do recognize that occasionally issues may arise. In such a case any request for a return must be made within 14 days of receipt and can only be made via our online form below
Return requests will only be processed if submitted via this form.
We will then advise you of next steps.
Please do not try to return an item until the request has been approved.
Once a return is accepted, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that we do not refund either the initial delivery charge or the returns delivery charge.
Before requesting a return please note we are unable to accept returns as follows:
- All our products are printed on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns/refunds due to a ‘change of mind’ because the order is manufactured specifically for you.
- We publish clear sizing guides for all products at the order stage so cannot accept ‘size’ returns unless a mistake has been made in shipping an incorrect size.
- We print on demand the moment you place the order. There are no cancellations for accidental or test orders. If you have any questions please ask BEFORE you place an order. Please do NOT place an order if you do not want the product for whatever reason.
- If your request for a return is more than after 14 days of receiving your package it will be declined.
- If the product(s) are in any way defective from the original condition the request will be rejected unless the defect is our fault.
- If the product(s) do not have the original tags on them we would be unable to accept this as a return.
We will process return requests under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received
Please attach a photo of the incorrect item you have received when you submit the request.
- Lost in transit
If you have provided us with the correct address and the package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time as per our shipping policy, plus 10 business days for possible delays, please contact us. - Damaged product
We pride ourselves on our product quality. All orders go through quality checks before despatch. Please provide a photo of the damage with your return request
